We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and country of residence during account creation. Additional identity documents may be requested to verify your account in line with applicable legal requirements where 4hd operates.

When you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, our payment processor receives only the data needed to authorise the transaction. We store a transaction reference ID on our side for dispute resolution; your full payment credentials are never stored on 4hd servers.

Yes. Email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject line 'Data Access Request'. We will compile and send a structured summary of the personal data linked to your account within 30 calendar days of receiving your request.

Submit a deletion request via the Help Centre ticket system or email our privacy team. Once your account is closed, we delete or anonymise personal data within 90 days, retaining only the financial transaction records we are legally required to keep.

We share data only with payment processors — including UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe — to complete your transactions. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers or any unaffiliated third party for their own use.

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. You may also update your preferences at any time through your browser's cookie settings. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to log in or use your account.
