Access to 4hd and the applicability of these terms depends on local law in your specific region. You are responsible for confirming that accessing the platform is permitted where you are located before opening an account.

We notify you of material changes via the email address linked to your account. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms. You may close your account if you do not agree.

Contact our support team within thirty days of the transaction date. Provide your account ID, the transaction reference number, and the amount in question. Our team will investigate and respond in writing within five business days.

Yes. We reserve the right to close or suspend accounts that violate these terms, including accounts found accessing the platform from restricted regions or engaging in conduct deemed fraudulent or abusive by our compliance team.

We retain personal data and payment records, including PhonePe and UPI transaction history, for the period required under applicable law. Once that period expires and no disputes are open, the data is securely deleted from active systems.
